Background

Matters Need Attention

1. This product was sterilized by 0.1 μm filtration and can be used directly after melting.
2. It is necessary to pay attention to the aseptic operation and avoid the contamination.
3. The product should be thawed at 2–8℃, do not melt this product at 37℃, otherwise it will affect the activity of the enzyme. Shaken thoroughly before use, when lesser amounts are required, aliquoting is advised to prevent repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
4. The digestion time can be adjusted according to the different reactions of different tissues or cells to Accutase solution. It is recommended to observe the digestion state under a microscope.
5. No additional washing and enzyme activity termination steps are required.
6. This product is only for scientific research or further research use, not for diagnosis and treatment.
