Background

Lipid concentrates with clear chemical compositions are a type of concentrated fat emulsion. As an important component of cell membranes, lipid substances can be used as additives in the culture process of suspended cells such as CHO.

Matters Need Attention

1. This product is packaged aseptically, please use it aseptically. If there are bacteria in the process of use, it is not recommended to filter and sterilize, as it may filter out the effective components of the emulsion.
2. This product contains surfactants, so it may not be suitable for the growth of some adherent cell lines. Moreover, adding this product to culture media containing surfactants may result in cellular toxicity.
3. Try to minimize exposure to air as this product contains unsaturated fatty acids, which may oxidize if exposed to air for a long time. After opening the bottle, it is recommended to pack and store it separately to prevent freezing.
4. This product is for research use only, and cannot be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
