Product Introduction
Background
Ham's F-10 Nutrient Mixture is a culture medium designed by Ham in 1963 for serum-free culture of CHO cells. Ham's F-10 contains rich nutrients and is suitable for the culture of human diploid cells, cell cloning culture under low serum conditions, the normal culture of mammalian cells, the chromosome analysis of leukocytes and the primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals.
This product contains many kinds of cell culture required amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients, but does not contain protein, lipids or any growth factors, so this product should be used with serum or serum-free additives.
