Background

MEM/F12 medium is based on MEM medium with more abundant nutrients in F12 medium and contains a variety of trace elements. It is widely used in the cultivation of a variety of mammalian cells. At the same time, MEM/F12 medium is often used as the basis for the development of serum-free medium, and it is also suitable for the cultivation of mammalian cells with low serum content.
This product contains many kinds of amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients for cell culture, but does not contain protein, lipids or any growth factors. Therefore, the product should be used with serum or serum-free additives.
