Background
N-2 Supplement is a chemically defined, serum-free supplement based on Bottenstein’s N-1 formulation. It is recommended to support the growth and expression of primary neuroblastoma and postmitotic neurons derived from the peripheral and central nervous systems. N-2 Supplement is provided as a 100 × concentrate for use with Neurobasal Medium (Cat. No. PM151223). It can also be used with DMEM/F12 Medium (Cat. No. PM150312) supplemented with growth factors such as bFGF and EGF.
