Product Introduction

Background

This product supports the growth and differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) and human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), and provides an ideal adhesion and growth microenvironment to maintain stem cell adhesion, proliferation and pluripotency by mimicking the natural extracellular matrix or providing bioactive signals.
This is a ready-to-use, high-performance working fluid that is simple and easy to use, and can be used with stem cell complete medium for feeder-free hESC/iPSC in vitro.

Matters Need Attention

1. This product has been sterilized by filtration. Aseptic operation should be paid attention to during operation

2. For short-term storage, it can be kept at 2-8°C and should be used within 2 weeks

For long-term storage, please store at -20°C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing

3. During the plating process, the working liquid should be placed on a 4°C ice box, and the consumables used should be pre-cooled in advance to prevent the working liquid from solidifying in advance

4. The stem cell working fluid aspirated before inoculating cells cannot be recycled

5. All products should be used within the expiration date.
