Background
William's E medium was designed by Willam and Gunn, which is mainly used for long-term culture of rat liver epithelial cells, and can also be used for the culture of hepatocytes from other prolactinous animals. This product contains many kinds of cell culture required amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients, but does not contain protein, lipids and any growth factors, so this product needs to be used with serum or serum-free additives.
