Background

The human natural killer cell complete medium has been meticulously optimized by Pricella's R&D team. After extensive testing, it is suitable for the expansion and culture of NK cells that have been purified from blood, induced or activated by factors, and possess functional capabilities.. This medium is typically used for the expansion of NK cells after activation on days 7 to 10.
For NK cells directly isolated from blood, it is necessary to independently add factors and reagents for purification and activation to confer proliferative and expansion capabilities before utilizing this culture medium.This product does not have the ability to directly purify or activate NK cells, it is only suitable for the expansion phase following purification and activation. The medium already contains all the necessary components for the growth of human NK cells in the later stages of purification/activation, and no additional components are required. It can be directly used for the in vitro culture of human NK cells.
This product is intended solely for further research purposes and is strictly prohibited for use in diagnostics, treatment, clinical applications, home use, or any other purposes.

2. This product is only suitable for the amplification and culture of purified and activated NK cells. It does not have the functions of purification and activation.
3. This product is sterilized by 0.1 μm filtration.

5. It is not suitable for long time storage at room temperature.
6. This product is a ready-to-use medium. If there is no special need, don't add serum, penicillin and streptomycin. It can be used directly.
